The WM (Washing machines) Product Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting product marketing activities, ensuring effective communication, and coordinating marketing initiatives both online and in-store. The role focuses on executing ATL and BTL strategies, managing promotional materials, and cooperating with field teams to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
Job responsibilities:
ATL Campaign Management
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of ATL marketing campaigns
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Digital & Online Communication
Manage and update content across digital channels
Ensure alignment of online communication with marketing strategy
In-Store Visibility & POSM Management
Plan, produce, and control distribution of POS materials
Ensure proper placement and compliance with brand standards in stores
Oversee display stand development and execution
BTL Activities & Store Activations
Organize and execute BTL campaigns and retail activations
Coordinate with retail teams to drive in-store engagement and sales
Track performance and effectiveness of activities
Promoter Management
Train promoters on product knowledge and sales techniques
Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and performance monitoring
Ensure high-quality brand representation at points of sale
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and external vendors
Support implementation of marketing plans across channels
Reporting & Administration
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Support budgeting, documentation, and operational tasks
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing
Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing principles
Experience in POSM management, retail activations, or in-store marketing is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience working with agencies, vendors, or retail partners is preferred
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus (Chinese).
