About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Website & Client Area Executive to oversee the day-to-day management, development, and optimisation of our online platforms. This role combines content curation, technical coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience aligned with the company’s brand and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and maintaining multimedia assets, collaborating with design and marketing teams to produce compelling website content, and managing the technical and operational aspects of the client area. You will play a key role in ensuring that the website meets business needs, supports marketing initiatives, and delivers a high-quality user experience.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple teams—including marketing, design, IT, and product (particularly the slots team)—you will gather insights, support campaign execution, and ensure consistency in messaging across CRM and web channels. You will also monitor user feedback, stay informed on industry trends, and continuously improve website performance and functionality.
This role requires strong organisational skills, technical awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple time zones.
What you'll be doing:
Curate, organise, and maintain multimedia assets (images, videos, promotional materials)
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging website visuals and graphics
Manage website back-office functions, including CMS, databases, and technical components
Ensure website alignment with brand guidelines, strategy, and organisational standards
Plan, implement, manage, and optimise the client area experience
Collaborate closely with the commercial team, supporting them with enquiries and ensuring timely delivery of website and client area requirements
Oversee the development, performance, and administration of the client area
Gather product information from stakeholders to support marketing campaigns
Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Work with PR and Social Media teams to align CRM and website messaging
Monitor user feedback and respond to inquiries to improve user experience
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate across global teams and multiple time zones
Support additional tasks within the scope of the role as needed
What we ask of you:
Technical Skills
Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Strapi, or similar)
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS structures)
Experience managing digital assets and content libraries
Understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
Creative and Content Skills
Strong eye for design, layout, and visual consistency
Experience working with multimedia content (images, video, graphics)
Ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging web content
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Project & Operational Skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Experience managing website operations or digital platforms
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones
Attention to detail and quality control mindset
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, IT, product teams)
Customer-focused approach to handling user feedback and inquiries
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
Ability to interpret data and user feedback to improve performance
Awareness of digital trends, UX best practices, and competitor benchmarking
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Additional/Domain-Specific Skills
Ability to review slot games and translate key features and mechanics into compelling marketing angles and player-focused messaging
Skilled in interpreting game summary sheets (e.g. RTP, volatility, bonus features) and converting them into engaging game profiles
Experience creating clear, actionable briefs for content, CRM, and creative teams to support promotional campaigns and launches
