We're looking for

5+ years of User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience in mobile gaming.
Proven track record of scaling mobile products through paid acquisition and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with incentive traffic, offerwalls, rewarded acquisition channels, and affiliate partnerships (must-have).
Strong understanding of UA economics and key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and Payback.
Experience managing significant UA budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing UA teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance through data.
Ownership mentality and ability to independently drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Leadership teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious growth targets.
