Ensure a strong candidate experience

🔍 Who we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in recruitment (tech/IT preferred)
Proven track record hiring for engineering roles
Strong understanding of tech roles and stacks
Hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience
Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
