A fast-growing FinTech backed by a leading investment group is looking for a driven Relationship Officer to grow SME lending business across the UAE.
What You’ll Do
Acquire and manage SME clients for business loans & receivables financing
Drive lead generation, sales closure & onboarding
Build long-term relationships using strong local SME networks
Work closely with internal teams to scale market presence
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of banking / SME lending experience
Proven sales & relationship management skills
Valid UAE driving license
Strong communication & negotiation abilities
FinTech / digital lending exposure is a plus
Arabic is an advantage
