Remote from Europe (B2B) - Full-time
Join MEDvidi - a fast-growing digital health company improving access to mental health care across the United States.
We’re looking for a Patient Support Specialist to become the first point of contact for patients and provide empathetic, structured, and high-quality support.
What you’ll do:
Support patients via chat, email, and calls
Help with prescriptions, pharmacies, billing, and platform questions
Guide patients through their journey with clarity and empathy
Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams
Keep patients informed and ensure a smooth experience
What we’re looking for:
English level C1–C2
2+ years in customer/patient support (remote experience)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm in emotionally sensitive situations
High level of empathy, ownership, and attention to detail
Availability to work evening shifts (US time zones)
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare / telemedicine / mental health
Familiarity with HIPAA, EHR, or CRM systems
Experience supporting US customers
