Key Responsibilities:
Managing the ticketing system, including acknowledging, replicating, assigning & following up on client issues
Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients
Providing software training and guidance to clients
Keeping documentation organised and up to date
Supporting senior team members with day-to-day operational tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a support role (B2B experience is a plus)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills or equivalent
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Experience within the gaming industry is considered an asset
Knowledge of online affiliate marketing concepts is beneficial
Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems
Basic understanding of a programming language is a plus
