We are looking for a proactive and self-driven UI/UX Designer (part-time) who is excited to bring fresh ideas, experiment with modern design approaches, and take ownership of impactful design solutions.
The Project
Syberry.com is more than a corporate website – it is a fast-evolving digital platform that shapes Syberry’s global brand presence, attracts new clients, and helps talented professionals discover career opportunities within the company. The project combines product thinking, modern UX/UI design, employer branding, and continuous experimentation with new features, performance improvements, and user engagement solutions. Following a major redesign and brand refresh in 2024/2025, the platform continues to grow with a strong focus on innovation, usability, and visual quality.
Responsibilities
Design modern, user-friendly landing pages and campaign assets with a strong focus on clarity, visual hierarchy, and conversion
Create and maintain scalable designs in Figma using components, auto-layout, and design system principles
Independently identify UX/UI issues, propose improvements, and drive design solutions with minimal supervision
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on web pages, ad creatives, and other promotional materials
Design basic UI animations, micro-interactions, and simple motion assets using After Effects or similar tools
Use AI tools to support ideation and speed up workflows, while ensuring final designs are polished and production-ready
Stay up to date with modern design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively bring new ideas to the team
Requirements
4+ years of UI/UX design experience
Ability to create clean, modern layouts with strong visual hierarchy
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design system management. Experience in creating and documenting reusable design patterns and components
Basic experience with UI animations and micro-interactions using After Effects or similar tools
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma plugins) to speed up workflows while understanding the difference between AI-generated concepts and production-ready design
Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to identify UX issues, propose solutions, work independently, and create user-focused designs with strong usability and conversion focus
At least an Intermediate level of English
