Training & Adaptation Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct onboarding/orientation sessions for new employees
• Explain company policies, internal rules, attendance procedures, and communication standards
• Coordinate the adaptation process with department heads and mentors
• Track each employee’s onboarding progress in Google Sheets and other internal tools
• Make sure all required training stages are completed on time
• Collect feedback from new employees and department heads
• Prepare weekly adaptation and onboarding reports
• Identify and solve communication or adaptation issues during the probation period
• Support new employees during their first weeks in the company
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and checklists
Requirements:
• English level: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
• Uzbek and Russian languages are highly preferable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Ability to work with Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Telegram, Zoom
• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage several onboarding processes at the same time
• Ability to work with people, explain information clearly, and support new employees
• Previous experience in HR, training, onboarding, or teaching is a plus
Terms:
• Work schedule: 17:00 – 02:00 Tashkent time (Main shift)
• Working days: 6/1
• Saturdays or Sundays are short days
• Starting salary: $350
• Salary increases by $100 every month until it reaches $750
• After reaching $750: fixed salary $750 + bonuses
