TikTok Shop - Logistics Delivery and Practice Product Manager

About the team
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Supply Chain Optimization and Planning Excellecen team, which aims to provide better customer experience and minimize overall operational costs through automation, optimization, prediction, and simulation.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the end to end product design and planning of the Delivery and Practice products for Fulfillment By TikTok, from product ideation all the way to product launch. The Delivery and Practice product suite would be instrumental for the success of the overall fulfillment efficiency and cost.
2. Define success metrics for Delivery and Practice together with key stakeholders. Perform in-depth research and analysis of performance deviations, and generate insights and recommendations.
3. Cooperate with operations, R&D, data analytics, and other related teams to design, implement and improve Delivery and Practice products.
4. Continue to drive product upgrades and innovations that are best suited for all markets with Fulfillment by TikTok.
5. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of system product planning and functional design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry, cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred.
- Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.
- With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
- Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Delivery and Practice product
- Technical product management experience in leading E-commerce or logistics companies.
- Independent and entrepreneurial outlook. Proven ability to work with minimal direction.
