About the Team:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling the Electronics category by building a high-performing team, identifying key sub-categories, and driving growth through merchant acquisition, incubation, and performance management. You will work cross-functionally to define and execute a competitive category strategy that drives sales, enhances customer experience, and strengthens market positioning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and brands.
- Negotiate commercial deals and secure participation in campaigns and seasonal events.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with merchants' short- and long-term goals.
- Monitor and improve seller performance metrics, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage merchants through scalable incubation programs, tools, and platform initiatives.
- Drive GMV growth and strengthen merchant performance on the platform.

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant categories.
- Strong network with brands and major merchants.
- Familiarity with social media and e-Commerce ecosystems.
- Intermediate-level speaking proficiency in Mandarin, as this role will manage Chinese sellers and use Mandarin as one of the primary languages

- Experience in Electronics category.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving ability.
- Good understanding of the electronics industry.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
