Team introduction

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the external customer support contact point, handling various inquiries and issues from external users, including but not limited to appeals processing, abnormal issue investigation, and user experience assurance.
- Analyze operational data and structure issue-related data to identify high-frequency issues, policy deviations, and process bottlenecks. Generate business insights and provide optimization recommendations to support business and product decision-making.
- Participate in AI-related projects, organize and label issue data, and regularly deliver high-quality datasets for model training and optimization to improve customer support efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Based in Tokyo, fluent Chinese speaker and good English communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese is required for user communication and issue handling in Chinese; English for internal cross-team collaboration.
- Available to start on June 15 or earlier, able to work 3-4 days per week with a minimum internship duration of 4 months.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of customer service and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Quick response time and strong execution skills, able to efficiently resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with clear logical thinking and the ability to independently drive issue resolution.
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible, capable of handling repetitive and detail-heavy tasks consistently.
- Data-sensitive, with basic data processing and analysis skills (e.g., Excel/table processing).
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Familiarity with content platforms or livestreaming business operations.
