Test equipment development expert

Responsibilities:
1. Research control technologies like SoftPLC and SoftMotion; ensure full control with software in core control components such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) and motion control cards of automation equipment; build SoftMotion operator and algorithm libraries based on the controllers; support the application of high-speed and high-precision automation equipment; and improve the core competitiveness of Huawei's motion control technologies.
2. Research the modeling, control, and drive strategies, and drive technologies of low-power and high-efficiency servo systems to develop lightweight and high-density drive controls that consume less power. Support precise mechanical control with drive-control integration and system limiting load applications, and improve the core competitiveness of Huawei's servo drive technologies.
3. Plan the research directions and technological paths of automation and motion control, carry out innovation and R&D, establish technological competitiveness, align with and surpass industry benchmarks, and enable Huawei to secure its leadership in test equipment in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
Requirements:

1. At least 6 years of experience in automation. Experience in developing controllers, motion control algorithms, and drive controls, and embedding them into products.
2. Experience in developing high-quality C/C++ code or familiarity with one of the programming languages for automation defined in IEC 61131-3. Familiarity with the entire project lifecycle from system design to development, testing, and maintenance.
3. Extensive knowledge of mathematical and physical theories on control technologies. Mastery of classic and modern control theories.
4. Familiarity with the control system architecture and controller performance evaluation indicators and test methods.
