Folks.Rocks is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join their on-site team in Valencia. The company specializes in high-demand technical hiring across quant trading, physical AI, and backend-heavy engineering, partnering with elite global clients and fast-growing tech businesses.

What you’ll do:
source, screen, and pipeline technical talent across quant, AI, and backend engineering
manage full-cycle recruiting including Boolean search, outreach, candidate qualification, and interview coordination
work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top candidates
build sourcing playbooks and long-term talent pipelines
represent Folks.Rocks at European conferences and industry events
contribute to scaling recruitment operations and delivery quality
What they’re looking for:
3+ years of agency recruiting experience
strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong hustle mentality
ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
based in Valencia or genuinely willing to relocate
technical recruiting background is a plus, but attitude and drive matter more
