Technical Manager

Branch of “ADNOC International Projectco 1 RSC Limited” in the Republic of Azerbaijan
Responsibilities :
Review and assess operator technical plans, work programs, and budgets.
Participate in technical committee meetings and project reviews.
Monitor project performance, costs, and schedules.
Apply international best practices and industry standards to asset development.
Coordinate with global stakeholders and technical teams across regions.
Support strategic decision-making through advanced technical analysis and reporting.
Critically assess operator-provided cost estimates, manpower plans, and schedules.
Ensure alignment of activities with company standards and objectives.
Support preparation of technical reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
