We are looking for Technical Delivery Manager (Backend / ML)
Your main tasks will be:
Own end-to-end delivery across ML and backend teams
Act as a bridge between ML and R&D, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration
Manage priorities, dependencies, and cross-team communication
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting time-to-market
Ensure that features are delivered to production without loss of context or quality
Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams
Support teams in task decomposition and prioritization from a technical perspective
Drive execution in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
We expect from you:
Strong engineering background (Backend or Machine Learning)
Solid understanding of system architecture and technical dependencies
Hands-on mindset and ability to dive into technical details when needed
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of ownership and adaptability
Confidence working in dynamic, high-pressure environments
5+ years of experience, including:
hands-on development experience
experience in delivery / team leadership / management roles
