Product: A decentralized AI compute network aggregating GPUs from around the world, a fast, cost-efficient alternative to centralized cloud providers.
What you'll do:
Be the bridge between network participants and the core engineering team
Triage and resolve technical issues: connectivity, configuration, sync, transactions
Collect logs, reproduce bugs, write quality bug reports
Improve documentation and automate recurring support workflows
Participate in releases and post-release monitoring
