PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leader GBS P2P (AP)
Process Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (AP)
Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
Performing P2P (AP) controls
Advising other team members in terms of P2P(AP) process matters
Introduce Improvements within P2P process (AP)
Coordination:
Coordinate completion of P2P (AP) processes
Delegate tasks
Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
Managing HR Matters
Communicate deadlines
Monitor the team performance
Resolve or escalate any process issuesAttend and lead team meetings
Prepare reports
Building relationship with the countries during day to day operations
Communication:
point of contact to the affiliates management
report to FSSC manager
provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
Motivation:
Motivate team members
Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
Suggest and organize team building activities
Create a positive team environment
AOB- Any other businesses related to P2P (AP) process
