This 12-month secondment opportunity is critical in bringing Experian's global People Strategy to life across UK&I. Work that matters – What you'll do
Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact
Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences
Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills
Translate data into clear insights and relevant outcomes
Experience designing and engaging, scalable people solutions
Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities
Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams
