Responsibilities
Build and expand a network of freelance tech professionals and partner companies
Manage the full talent matching lifecycle from client requirements to successful placements
Develop strong relationships with clients and understand hiring needs in depth
Collaborate with Sales to support account growth and business development initiatives
Connect exceptional technology talent with high-impact projects across software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud domains
Contribute to marketing and ecosystem-building activities
Requirements
Strong understanding of the Finnish technology and IT market
Experience in talent acquisition, client management, recruitment, or business development
Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, clients, and partners
Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and talent ecosystems
