Join our growing HR Shared Services Center in Katowice and play a key role in building and leading HR operations across European markets.
As an HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team delivering HR processes within the SSC and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and contribute to shaping scalable HR solutions in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering HR processes within the SSC structure
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
Support and coordinate the transition of HR processes from European markets into the SSC
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and build strong working relationships across countries
Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor team performance using HR metrics and data, and take actions to improve efficiency and quality
Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
Identify risks and proactively address operational challenges
Collaborate closely with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Operations)
Contribute to building a scalable and future-ready HR Shared Services model
Requirements
Proven experience in TA, HR operations, HR Shared Services, or similar environment
Previous experience in team leadership or coordination role
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Experience with HR systems (e.g., ATS, Workday) and data-driven approach
Fluent English
