Role Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will spearhead the recruitment team, overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset to align hiring initiatives with business objectives, mentor and guide recruiters, and continuously improve recruitment processes. You will act as a key partner to business leaders and hiring managers, championing the candidate experience while ensuring the team delivers on hiring goals effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets and foster professional growth.
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and projected workforce needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment insights.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Establish and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
Leverage recruitment data and analytics to measure team performance, optimize hiring workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging sourcing tools to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Proven success in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics within the iGaming or tech sectors.
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive recruitment outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and sourcing platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
