Talent Acquisition Coordinator

ARRISE is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations in a fast-growing international iGaming environment. This role is based in Belgrade and is a great fit for organized, proactive HR or TA professionals who enjoy coordination, stakeholder communication, and keeping hiring processes running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
coordinate and schedule interviews together with the Talent Acquisition team
maintain and manage the internal candidate database and recruitment data
support sourcing activities across multiple hiring platforms
manage communication with external recruitment agencies and partners
post job openings and help track recruitment pipelines
prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics
contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives within TA
ensure smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
What we’re looking for:
strong organizational and multitasking skills
excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
professional level of English is required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
previous knowledge of the iGaming industry is considered a plus
