Andersen is hiring a System/Business Analyst to work on a central integration layer that connects internal systems with external platforms, supporting scalable, reliable digital service integrations across multiple channels.
The customer is an international organization providing a variety of technology-enabled services for different audiences. It develops and operates digital products that support everyday processes and interactions, placing emphasis on reliability, scalability, and efficient service delivery. The organization works in a dynamic environment, continuously improving its solutions, and collaborating with external stakeholders on a long-term basis.
The project focuses on building a central integration layer that enables seamless interaction between internal systems and external platforms. It supports multi-channel sales of travel insurance with extended medical coverage, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with a unified integration strategy.
Responsibilities
Defining and maintaining the product vision, success metrics, and business objectives aligned with strategic goals and customer needs.
Owning day-to-day product decisions to maximize value and ROI.
Translating strategy into a clear roadmap, prioritized epics, and releases.
Making scope and trade-off decisions considering user impact, feasibility, risks, budget, and timelines.
Engaging stakeholders, tracking KPIs and feedback, and continuously refining product direction.
Ensuring backlog readiness and partnering with Business Analysts on detailed requirements.
Driving stakeholder alignment, communicating decisions, and leading sprint reviews and demos.
Overseeing release planning and go-to-market readiness, validating increments against the - Definition of Done and monitoring adoption.
Ensuring compliance with legal, data privacy, and security requirements.
Managing risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating issues when needed.
Embedding agile and Lean practices into product delivery.
Promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Commercial experience as a System/Business Analyst for 2+ years.
Strong understanding of product vision.
Ability to manage dependencies, proactively raise concerns, and drive resolution.
Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, REST APIs.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Experience with modeling tools and notations such as UML, BPMN, Camunda, Draw.io.
Proven capability to build and maintain effective relationships across multiple teams.
Experience conducting market and best-practice research to bring innovative ideas.
Ability to document product features, including AS-IS and Target states.
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Git.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
