System Analyst (Almaty)

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst in Kazakhstan to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support successful delivery of digital products across international projects.

Responsibilities:
• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements (BRD → FRD → NFR).
• Designing system solutions and preparing AS-IS / TO-BE models.
• Describing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Preparing Use Cases / User Stories.
• Creating UML, BPMN, Sequence, and Component diagrams.
• Designing integrations: REST / SOAP APIs, Webhooks, message queues.
• Participating in architectural decisions together with the Tech Lead / Architect.
• Supporting the development team by clarifying requirements and participating in refinement / grooming sessions.
• Validating implementation through Acceptance Criteria.
• Supporting the QA team in preparing test cases and test scenarios.
• Managing requirement changes (change management).
Must-haves:
• Experience as a System / Business Analyst for 3+ years.
• Deep understanding of Client-Server and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in UML and BPMN 2.0.
• Experience working with API tools: Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries).
• Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira / Confluence, Miro / Draw.io / Visio.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or high-load systems.
• Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-haves:
• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, idempotency, and retry principles.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with Backend (Java / .NET) and Frontend (Flutter / Web) teams.
