Andersen is hiring a SysOps Engineer to manage and support infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring system reliability, security, and stable delivery across projects.

Responsibilities
Managing, monitoring, and maintaining server infrastructure, virtual machines, and cloud environments.
Configuring and supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environmental automation.
Ensuring system reliability, availability, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
Monitoring system performance, investigating incidents, and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
Managing user access, security controls, and compliance configurations.
Maintaining documentation for environments, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborating with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure stable delivery and infrastructure consistency.
Requirements
Experience as a SysOps Engineer for 2+ years.
Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
Solid experience with Configuration Management tools (e.g. Ansible,Chef, Puppet).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including provisioning, monitoring, and resource optimization.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Understanding of networking basics: DNS, VPN, routing, firewalls, load balancing.
Experience working with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar).
Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation tasks.
Experience with backup strategies, incident management, and performance tuning.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have
Cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Level of German – from Pre-Intermediate and above.
