Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects.
Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery
Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and ensure compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001
Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders
Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery
Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and track status in project management tools
Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree, NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum), and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum)
Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with coating field knowledge
Read technical drawings, interpret manufacturing plans, conduct ITP inspections, and apply international codes (EN-ISO, ASME-IX, PED)
MS Office, MS Project, progress monitoring tools, and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)
English B2 minimum, intercultural competence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%
Employment contract for an indefinite period

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 2 300 EUR/month
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
