Strategic Sales Lead – AI Natives
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday in the office)
Department: Sales
Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer

THE ROLE: Strategic Sales Lead – AI Natives
This role exists because the most strategically important accounts in our market — foundation model builders, AI research labs, and the fastest-growing AI-native companies — require a dedicated owner who can operate at their level. You'll have direct ownership over the Top 100 AI accounts globally, alongside a select number of strategic enterprise organisations with material AI compute needs, driving new logo acquisition and complex, high-value deals from early opportunity through to commercial agreement.
This is a role for someone who already has relationships in the right rooms, knows how to navigate long and complex sales cycles, and wants the autonomy to build and execute a strategy that moves the needle at a company level.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Rather than a long checklist, here's what success in this role looks like:
Build and execute a focused account plan targeting the Top 100 AI companies and AI-native scale-ups globally, alongside select strategic enterprise accounts with significant AI compute requirements
Own new logo acquisition — building a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities and driving complex sales cycles involving GPU infrastructure, private cloud environments, and multi-year platform agreements
Develop trusted executive relationships with CTOs, Heads of AI, Infrastructure leaders, and procurement teams across target accounts
Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution in collaboration with legal, finance, and solutions architecture teams
Stay close to developments across AI, cloud, and GPU infrastructure markets — positioning Hyperstack effectively in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape
Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term customer outcomes
ABOUT YOU:
We're more interested in how you think and work than in a perfect CV. You'll likely bring a combination of the following:
Essential
Proven track record closing large, complex technology deals with AI companies, AI-native scale-ups, or high-growth tech organisations
Existing relationships within the Top 100 AI companies or the AI research community globally
Experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales in AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or GPU computing environments
Ability to engage and influence senior technical and executive stakeholders — comfortable operating at CTO and Head of AI level
High level of ownership and commercial leadership, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-scaling organisation
Nice to Have
Experience selling into AI labs, foundation model teams, or ML platform organisations
Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA compute products, or sovereign cloud environments
Background in high-growth infrastructure or developer tools companies
