Now we’re looking for Strategic Designers - the changemakers who lead our projects from the very beginning through launch, turning complexity into clarity and vision into reality.
Why this role matters
As Flying Bisons shifts further toward strategic design, the Strategic Designer role is becoming the backbone of our delivery model. Strategic Designers lead the entire flow - from initial offer, research, strategy, concept, and validation through UX/UI design and development support.
They are the frontline project owners: the people who protect the vision, navigate politics, structure complexity, and ensure projects land successfully in the real world.
You’ll be supervised by a Partner and supported by the Delivery Director - but the project’s success will be yours to own.
Scope of services
Leading high-stakes projects end-to-end, from framing the challenge to launch readiness.
Structuring complexity into actionable plans, using frameworks like the Project Pyramid.
Managing and aligning diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, ministries and enterprise teams.
Navigating politics: knowing when to negotiate, compromise or stand firm.
Bridging business, design and technology, speaking the language of each.
Guarding the design vision against organizational chaos, ensuring it reaches users intact.
Collaborating with stream leaders, researchers, designers and developers to deliver measurable impact.
What we are looking for
Solid background in UX and/or UI design, craft foundations are non-negotiable.
Experience with large-scale projects, such as enterprise platforms, government services or complex corporate ecosystems.
Strong business literacy, with the ability to connect design decisions to strategy.
Excellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills.
Resilience and calmness under pressure.
Proficiency in English, C1/C2.

Cooperation terms
B2B cooperation for independent contractors.
Suggested commercial range: 20 000 to 25 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.
Remote cooperation.
Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.
Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.
For long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions.
Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.
