Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and lead strategic hiring discussions
Manage onboarding, project kick-offs, and success planning for new and existing clients
Oversee multiple hiring projects, ensuring delivery quality, visibility, and operational excellence
Lead and support a distributed network of recruiters, driving accountability and performance
Partner with Sales to support client retention, renewals, and account growth
Leverage AI and data insights to improve workflows, reporting, and delivery processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, RPO, Customer Success, Account Management, or Delivery Management
Experience managing large-scale hiring projects across multiple stakeholders
Proven leadership experience managing recruiter or talent acquisition teams
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting and analytics for decision-making
Fluent English and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
