Job Description:
Robotics Systems Engineer | Integration, Development, V&V & Reliability
Robotics Systems Engineer within a multidisciplinary systems engineering team, responsible for research and development of advanced robotic and electromechanical systems. The role includes system integration, development, verification & validation (V&V), and reliability testing, ensuring high performance, safety, and compliance with international standards and certification requirements.
The position involves leading end-to-end integration of complex systems, including field testing and validation at customer sites. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, team player, and effective communicator in English, with experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
10+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing
Strong experience in systems integration, development, verification & validation (V&V), and reliability testing
Solid understanding of multidisciplinary robotic systems, including control, sensors, and system architecture
Proven experience in troubleshooting, system-level debugging, and root-cause analysis
Experience with system safety, certification processes, and compliance with international standards
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, system diagrams, and technical documentation
Experience in field testing, system validation, and working at customer sites
Good communication and documentation skills in English
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams
Preferred Qualifications
Degree from a leading / top-tier university (advantage)
Experience with unmanned systems (UAVs/UGVs) or defense-related robotic platforms
Experience in full product lifecycle (R&D through deployment and fielding)
Knowledge of system safety engineering, hazard analysis, and certification processes
