Active Directory & Windows Infrastructure
Architect, administer, and optimize multi-site Active Directory environments
Manage Domain Controllers, replication, FSMO roles, schema, trusts, NTDS, DFSR, and time sync
Design and maintain AD Sites & Services
Implement and manage secure GPO frameworks
Administer Windows Server (2012–2022+), DNS, DHCP, and IIS
Lead AD upgrades, migrations, consolidations, and functional level updates
Own AD backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability
Perform root cause analysis for critical production incidents
Entra ID (Azure AD) & Hybrid Identity
Administer Microsoft Entra ID
Design and enforce Conditional Access and IAM policies
Manage SSO, MFA, RBAC, PIM, and identity lifecycle
Maintain Hybrid Identity (Entra Connect / AD Connect)
Troubleshoot OAuth, SAML, Kerberos, and NTLM authentication
Monitor and audit identity security posture
Automation & Engineering
Develop advanced PowerShell automation and reusable modules
Leverage Microsoft Graph API for automation/reporting
Utilize AD administration/migration tools (e.g., Quest)
Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams
Microsoft 365 & Exchange
Administer M365 tenant with focus on identity integration
Support Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange
Manage mail flow, connectors, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and directory sync
Oversee licensing, access policies, and compliance
Must have Skills: Microsoft Active Directory
Good To Have Skills: Microsoft 365 Administration
