About the role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development of Silicon Carbide (SiC) products.
This is your new job
Responsible for functionality & performance of the final product
Work together with simulations, layout and manufacturing teams
Develop and implement new technology concepts to manufacturing
Ensure the process integration of the full manufacturing route
Support the definition of test structures for technology characterization
Co-operate with internal and external development and production partners
This is you
PhD or Master ‘s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC in industrial environment, depending on educational credentials
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
Fluency in English, conversational German is desirable
Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
Willingness to travel occasionally
