A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Performs advanced creditworthiness assessments for new and existing customers using financial statements, credit bureau data, payment behavior, market insights, customer exposure, and internal risk frameworks.
· Recommends, establishes, and maintains credit limits and payment terms aligned with company policy, Delegation of Authority, customer risk profile, and portfolio exposure.
· Manages complex or high-exposure credit reviews, including financial statement analysis, risk segmentation, credit limit utilization, overdue trends, and business justification assessment.
· Partners with Collections to define strategies for high-risk or deteriorating accounts, supporting loss prevention, governance, and business continuity.
· Supports credit risk governance activities, including periodic credit limit reviews, risk category maintenance, process compliance, and portfolio monitoring.
· Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex credit-related issues and improve the end-to-end customer credit process.
· Supports process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, reporting, automation, and regional/global standardization projects related to Credit Services.
· Prepares data-driven reports and insights to support management decisions, portfolio reviews, audit requests, and operational performance tracking.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, Economics, or related field.
· Fluent in English
· Minimum of four years of relevant experience in Credit Services, credit risk, credit analysis, financial analysis, collections, or related processes.
· Microsoft Office knowledge
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Commercial, Finance, Collections, Customer Care, and leadership teams.
· Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
· Experience with SAP (preferred)
· Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate) and SharePoint (preferred)
