Job Description:
Pre‑Sales & Solution Design
Work closely with Sales, Partners, and Customers to understand business and technical requirementsDesign end‑to‑end Cisco solutions including:Enterprise Networking (Switching, Routing, Wireless)Security (Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Duo, Umbrella, Secure Access)SD‑WAN, Cloud, and Data Center solutionsCreate High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and BoQ / BoM
Cisco Technology Expertise
Strong understanding of Cisco Networking and Cybersecurity productsExperience with VLAN design, segmentation, inter‑VLAN routing, redundancy, and high availabilityCisco Meraki solutions (MX, MS, MR) – deployment and dashboard managementVPNs (Remote Access and Site‑to‑Site), SD‑WAN, network expansion and scalingCisco DNA Center (DNAC), ISE, Umbrella, Duo, Secure Service Connect (SSC)Network monitoring using SNMP, ManageEngine, and similar tools
Customer Engagement & Proposals
Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQsCreate techno‑commercial proposals, compliance matrices, and scope documentsConduct solution presentations, demos, PoCs, and technical walkthroughsSupport deal qualification, BOQ presentation, and deal ID creationAct as a trusted technical advisor for customers and partners
Collaboration & Delivery Readiness
Coordinate with Professional Services and delivery teams for deployment readinessWork with Cisco Account Teams, TAC, and OEM support for solution validationMaintain solution documentation and technical artifactsMentor junior pre‑sales engineers as requiredMandatory Skills
Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, ICMPSolid understanding of network security: Firewalls, VPNs, content filteringExperience in virtualization, enterprise management systems, network monitoringBasic knowledge of Infra services: AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP (preferred)Qualifications & Experience
BE / B.Tech in a relevant discipline4–6 years of experience as a Pre‑Sales / Solution EngineerCisco certifications such as CCNA / CCNP preferredStrong presentation, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholdersCustomer‑focused mindset with ability to work independentlyWhy Join Us
