Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our architecture practice and lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade technology solutions.
This position combines deep technical expertise, technology leadership, client engagement, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate excels at designing robust production systems, understands business processes, leads technology teams, and builds strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Convert business challenges and opportunities into actionable technology initiatives
Lead a team of technology subject matter experts and take full ownership of technology programs
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership and delivery teams
Design solution architectures for enterprise systems and present them to client stakeholders
Demonstrate deep knowledge in Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API design, integration patterns, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
Evaluate technology landscapes and strategies to ensure alignment with best practices and business objectives
Guide the selection of major solution components and technologies
Develop technology program roadmaps
Work closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders, ensuring responsibility for the final product
Produce thought leadership content within areas of expertise
Maintain SME-level proficiency in technology domains
Mentor engineers and architects, contributing to architectural standards and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture
At least 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more in managerial or ownership roles
Participation in at least two full project cycles or involvement in multiple projects across different development phases
Hands-on background in software development
Experience adopting Generative AI technologies
Proven ability to design scalable and resilient enterprise-grade solutions
Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in at least one business domain
Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
Experience in business domains such as Life Sciences, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Fintech, or Travel & Hospitality
Deep expertise in technology areas like eCommerce, content management, PIM/DAM, Martech & Loyalty, Search, or Agentic AI
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers including GCP, Azure, or AWS
Familiarity with composable and headless digital ecosystems
Experience working with AI tools
Cloud and architecture certifications
Experience mentoring architects or engineers and contributing to internal architecture practices
Advanced technical education or ongoing research experience
Public speaking, whitepaper writing, or article publication related to technology
