Andersen is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for a project developing a collaboration platform and ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
The customer is an international company delivering professional and technology-enabled solutions that support effective collaboration, structured communication, and operational efficiency for organizations. It operates in a fast-growing environment, focusing on scalability, security, and continuous improvement while developing digital platforms used by diverse clients worldwide.
The project is focused on developing a meeting management platform that streamlines the planning, organization, and execution of meetings. It includes tools for collaboration, document management, and secure information sharing, helping organizations improve communication and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability across Azure-based SaaS platforms as delivery velocity increases across multiple product lines.
Working across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application environments to improve change safety, deployment stability, and overall system behavior under continuous delivery.
Operating hands-on with production systems to monitor, troubleshoot, scale, and maintain cloud resources across shared Azure infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
Partnering closely with cloud engineering and application teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and observability are built into the development and deployment lifecycle.
Driving improvements in observability, alerting, and incident response, identifying patterns across infrastructure, pipelines, and services to reduce recurring issues and improve mean time to resolution.
Building and maintaining dashboards, views, reports, alerts, and operational visibility tooling across observability platforms such as Datadog, PlayerZero, BetterStack, and related monitoring and tracing systems.
Supporting ongoing observability improvements and migration efforts toward centralized monitoring and diagnostics platforms while helping improve deployment safety, operational visibility, and platform resilience across SaaS, migration, and AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role for 3+ years.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
Experience with Kubernetes administration and support in production environments.
Experience building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines.
Experience ensuring reliability, scalability, and availability of SaaS platforms.
Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems.
Experience implementing and maintaining observability solutions, including metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting.
Experience working with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, BetterStack, PlayerZero, or similar tools.
Experience creating dashboards, alerts, reports, and operational visibility solutions.
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and improving Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
Understanding of infrastructure scalability, deployment safety, and change management practices.
Experience collaborating with software engineering, cloud engineering, and platform teams.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and cloud automation practices.
Experience supporting continuous delivery and modern software deployment processes.
Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
