Singapore Sales Manager
Location: Singapore
Let’s talk about the role
At ResMed, we’re shaping the future of sleep health and breathing care. As our Singapore Sales Manager, you will drive commercial growth across the local market, working closely with distributors, healthcare stakeholders, and internal teams.
This is a hybrid role combining strategic account management, business development, and customer engagement. You will focus on strengthening existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand our presence across hospital networks, distributors, and emerging growth initiatives.
Let’s talk about responsibilities
Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing accounts using a data-driven, insight-led approach
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support customer success and business growth
Lead regular engagement with key partners, both virtually and on-site
Support business development initiatives, including new market opportunities and strategic growth projects
Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and build networks to support market expansion
Analyse sales performance, market data, and customer insights to inform strategy and proposals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Clinical teams
Represent ResMed in commercial discussions and negotiations with external partners
Let’s talk about you
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or distributor-led environments
Strong understanding of hospital systems and healthcare networks (public and/or private)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
Commercially savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Singapore-based role with regular local travel to customer sites
Occasional regional or international travel may be required
