Service Liability Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Liability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service reliability, availability, and performance across critical systems. You will play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving infrastructure and services, while supporting incident, change, and problem management processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for data search, monitoring, and visualizationSolid knowledge of web and proxy servers including Apache HTTPD, HAProxy, and KeepalivedProficiency in Linux environments (Red Hat-based systems), including system administration and troubleshootingExperience with automation and configuration management tools such as AnsibleProgramming/scripting skills in Python, Ruby, and Bash for automation and system tasksGood understanding of version control systems, particularly Git and GitLabExperience with YUM repositories management and mirroringHands-on experience managing and renewing SSL certificatesStrong focus on automation, improving system efficiency and reliabilityAbility to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentationExperience working within ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem managementStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
