Service Liability Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Liability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service reliability, availability, and performance across critical systems. You will play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving infrastructure and services, while supporting incident, change, and problem management processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for data search, monitoring, and visualization
Solid knowledge of web and proxy servers including Apache HTTPD, HAProxy, and Keepalived
Proficiency in Linux environments (Red Hat-based systems), including system administration and troubleshooting
Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible
Programming/scripting skills in Python, Ruby, and Bash for automation and system tasks
Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab
Experience with YUM repositories management and mirroring
Hands-on experience managing and renewing SSL certificates
Strong focus on automation, improving system efficiency and reliability
Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
Experience working within ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
