About the
International JobTech startup building a platform that helps professionals find flexible work opportunities and companies hire talent faster. The product combines elements of LinkedIn, job marketplaces and AI-powered matching. The main market is the US, and the company has already grown to over 1M users.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and scale paid acquisition for the B2C product, primarily through Meta.
Launch and analyze tests across creatives, audiences, funnels and landing pages.
Monitor performance, optimize ROAS and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Creative and Growth teams on acquisition experiments.
Help develop the UA function through mentoring, process ownership and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
3–5+ years in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing or Paid Growth.
Strong hands-on Meta expertise.
Experience managing large advertising budgets.
Experience with Tier 1 markets; US market experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of attribution, funnels and business metrics.
Leadership experience or strong potential to grow into a lead role.
Working level of English.
