Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to evolve and execute Remote’s global Total Rewards strategy
Drive Total Rewards integration into key talent and business initiatives
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve rewards analysis and decision-making
Requirements
Extensive experience in Total Rewards within global organizations
Deep knowledge of pay equity, job architecture, and global rewards practices
Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly
Experience working in high-growth, global, remote-first environments
Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
