Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for consulting and technical roles. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our team and business. You will:
Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and consulting positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.
Requirements
This should be part of your background to collaborate with us:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to independently build and manage candidate pipelines.
Proven experience recruiting technical profiles (Data, AI, Software Engineering).
Hands-on experience with ATS tools; familiarity with Workable is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align closely with hiring managers and drive processes forward.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving hiring priorities.
Fluent in English; Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
