Senior System Analyst

Individual entrepreneur working on an international project is looking for a Senior System Analyst. You will help design, integrate, and evolve fintech systems serving multiple international markets.
Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Design end-to-end solutions, integrations, and system workflows. Create functional specifications, BPMN/UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Define API contracts, integration requirements, and data mappings. Support development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Participate in solution design and architecture discussions. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers, including payment systems, trading platforms, and third-party services. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, payment flows, and fintech products. Experience working with fintech, payments, trading, banking, or other complex transactional systems. Strong SQL skills. Experience designing APIs, integrations, and distributed systems. Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and common integration patterns. Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Professional working proficiency in English. Nice to Have Experience with MT4, MT5, or other trading platforms. Experience with PSP integrations. Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms. Ability to read and understand application code.
