Senior Software Developer

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Stack Developer to join our Corporate Functions technology team.
This role will focus on building integrations between corporate systems and developing new applications and platforms hosted in Azure, including Web APIs, Web Apps, Azure Functions, and more.
The candidate will collaborate closely with teams based in Porto and Bangalore, working in an environment that embraces cutting-edge technologies and AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities
Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#).
Build and optimise Azure-hosted solutions such as Web APIs, Web Apps, and Azure Functions.
Systems IntegrationDevelop and maintain integrations between corporate systems ensuring scalability and security.
Innovation & AutomationLeverage AI tools and automation technologies, including GitHub Copilot and MCP servers, to enhance development efficiency.
CollaborationWork closely with distributed teams in Porto and Bangalore to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and cloud-native patterns.
Advocate best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud security.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise5+ years of experience in Microsoft stack development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).
Strong experience with Azure services (Functions, App Services, API Management, Storage, etc.).
Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration patterns.
Cloud & DevOpsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
OtherFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills for cross-location collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent.
Experience in enterprise-scale integrations and cloud-native architectures.
