Senior Security Engineer - SD WAN (m/f/d)

As a Security Engineer – Infrastructure (m/f/d), you design security solutions and products for IT infrastructure at the network level. You are responsible for the technical and functional development and implementation of security solutions, working closely with customers, other involved technical teams, suppliers, and partners of DT Security GmbH. Your detailed tasks and responsibilities include:
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Development and implementation of security solutions (design, planning, and deployment)
Requirements analysis and concept development based on customer needs
Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals
Customer consulting and support
Development of solution designs as part of proposals and tenders
Participation in product development and introduction within the group
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Have a knowledge in:
Very good knowledge of IT security and network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls)
Practical experience with network technologies from established security vendors such as Check Point, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Zscaler
At least one relevant certification from a security vendor
Good knowledge in automation, CI/CD, scripting and SD WAN
Ideally, initial hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible
Knowledge of tools, methods, and processes for requirements analysis
Ideally, knowledge or experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum)
Strong communication skills in English (C2 level); basic knowledge of German is an advantage
Language:
English - Advance (C1); basic knowledge of German is an advantage

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2500 € /brutto.
