Senior SAP Treasury Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Treasury Consultant to deliver high-quality SAP Treasury solutions for transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the Life Sciences sector, along with a strong understanding of treasury, cash management and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP Treasury solutions as part of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and compliance experts to translate business requirements into effective SAP Treasury solutions
Ensure all solutions adhere to Life Sciences industry regulations (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), financial compliance standards and internal controls
Support integration of SAP Treasury with other modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) and external banking or financial systems
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents and validation records
Conduct workshops, training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users and project teams
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations
Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury configuration and implementation
Deep expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), including Cash Management, Liquidity Planning and In-House Cash
Proficiency in Bank Communication Management and Risk Management
Proven experience translating business requirements into effective SAP Treasury solutions
Familiarity with Life Sciences industry regulations and financial compliance standards (e.g., GxP, SOX, 21 CFR Part 11)
Background in integration between Treasury and other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) and external financial systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for solution design and issue resolution
Competency in preparing functional specifications, test scripts and validation documentation
Capability to conduct user training and support change management activities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills
In-depth understanding of treasury processes and compliance requirements, especially in Life Sciences
Nice to have
SAP Treasury certification or equivalent
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)
Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Multilingual capabilities for global project delivery
Skills in data analytics and reporting for treasury and risk management
Background in validated systems and audit support in Life Sciences
