We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior SAP Consultant to play a critical role in a strategic global project modernizing the SAP landscape. This high-visibility position focuses on the Sap2Store stream, where your expertise will ensure smooth business operations, successful transitions, and continuous improvement of critical processes.
Responsibilities
Participate actively in knowledge transfer sessions to gain a deep understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code for Sap2Store
Conduct hands-on exercises in lower environments to validate and strengthen system knowledge
Review, enhance, and maintain support documentation, including SOPs and runbooks
Ensure a zero-downtime transition of Sap2Store functionality, focusing on SAP Fiori, inventory management processes (scrapping, consumptions, store transfers), and key modules such as MM, SD, and retail transactions
Provide ongoing support and drive improvements for processes like stock counting, shelf reviews, and direct store delivery (DSD) orders, receipts, and returns
Address escalations and resolve complex incidents related to Sap2Store systems and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Sap2Store operations with ongoing business needs and future goals
Engage in shadowing and reverse shadowing activities during the transition phase to ensure long-term success
Requirements
3+ years of experience working in SAP environments
Expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Retail, and SAP Retail Purchasing
Proficiency in retail inventory processes, including consumptions, scrapping, store transfers, stock counting, and shelf review
Familiarity with SAP Fiori for user interactions and functional testing
Understanding of SAP SD and retail transactions, including DSD orders, inventory receipts, and stock returns
Capability to document and maintain knowledge repositories such as SOPs, runbooks, and incident resolution references
Competency in troubleshooting, managing escalations, and resolving complex issues in a live environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and ongoing system upgrades
English level B1+ for effective communication
