Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, support integrations and ensure high-quality code and documentation.
Responsibilities
Perform declarative configuration and administrative tasks within Salesforce
Development of Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura to extend Salesforce capabilities and support business requirements
Build applications including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, LWC and Aura Components
Provide support during release cycles, including implementation and deployment
Collaborate with integrated systems such as SAP and QlikSense
Conduct unit and system testing as well as debugging activities
Adhere to coding best practices and ensure data quality across the platform
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Provide occasional support for Salesforce Administration
Engage with stakeholders across teams to deliver functional and technical expertise
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on development experience with the Salesforce platform
Knowledge of Salesforce products and solid development background
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce and JavaScript
Capability to drive proactive improvements to the platform
Skills in interpreting technical specifications and producing documentation
Strong communication and responsiveness when collaborating with stakeholders
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Familiarity with HTML, XML and SQL
Background in Java/C++ and REST/SOAP APIs
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
Engagement in Salesforce community or open-source projects
