We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team.
This role supports Salesforce feature and platform delivery within a client-facing transformation environment centered on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and related solution capabilities. The engineer is expected to be sufficiently independent to work from feature goals, target outcomes, and business context, rather than relying on detailed guidance or story-by-story breakdowns from a lead. The position suits an engineer who already has a strong Salesforce foundation and is prepared to operate in a more flexible team model, where the scope may blend development, configuration, administrative duties, integration support, and collaboration across adjacent technical domains. This is not a position for someone who expects work to arrive only as fully pre-structured tasks. Active participation, proactive clarification, and increasing ownership are key expectations.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the delivery of features and scoped outcomes with increasing independence
Actively raise questions, address ambiguity early, and make genuine efforts to understand business intent before escalating issues
Decompose your own work into manageable technical tasks instead of relying on others to fully define each step
Operate across both declarative and programmatic Salesforce changes depending on delivery needs
Support administrative and platform-related duties when required, including flows, permissions, configuration, and deployment-related activities
Apply AI-assisted and spec-driven ways of working as part of everyday execution
Remain open to adjacent technologies and broader cross-functional team responsibilities rather than staying within a narrow Salesforce-only scope
Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks to the team and stakeholders
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Strong hands-on Salesforce background, particularly in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Practical expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, and standard Salesforce platform customization patterns
Capability to work from partially defined feature scope with guidance, without needing every task to be pre-broken down
Understanding of Git-based delivery, deployments, testing standards, and disciplined engineering practices
Willingness to operate in a wider engineering context that may include adjacent integrations, administrative responsibilities, or supporting technologies
Readiness to leverage AI-assisted engineering tools productively and responsibly
Strong learning agility, sense of ownership, and proactive communication style
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure and hosted services
Experience using Broadcom Rally for agile planning and project tracking
Knowledge of Copado for Salesforce release management and DevOps automation
Background in DevOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and environment management
Exposure to Genesys for contact center and customer experience platform integrations
Hands-on use of GitHub for source control and collaborative development
Practical experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation
Java development skills for building or contributing to backend services and integrations
Working knowledge of JavaScript for front-end and Salesforce-related development tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services
Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or supporting backend tasks
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Field Service for field operations and dispatch management
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation and customer engagement
